Meet Gloria Dioum

With more than 20 years of managerial finance experience in leading successful large businesses, Gloria felt obligated to utilize and leverage her expertise to support small businesses.
Considering statistically the number of small businesses that are struggling and failing, she felt compelled to help entrepreneurs accelerate their path to profitability and financial sustainability.

Gloria works with small businesses needing financial guidance from a CFO. She transforms operations by developing and instituting robust financial processes and systems. She has expertise in industries, such as retail, professional services, and technology.
Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs, including serving as the CFO of a family business, she understands the challenges of starting and sustaining businesses.
Gloria is certified by the Venture Mentoring Team and is trained to mentor small businesses and startups to improve their business model.
Gloria earned her MBA with a focus in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In her off time, she volunteers in an elected position on the neighborhood council for Los Angeles.

Gloria was the first generation in her family to go to college and was encouraged by her family of entrepreneurs to find a nice, stable job at a large company.
That’s exactly what she did.
But something was missing.
She loved the impact she was able to have in her corporate role reducing costs, integrating startups and providing financial clarity throughout the divisions she was responsible for at a Fortune 20 company.
However, in her excitement and passion for small business and desire to follow in her family’s footsteps she became an entrepreneur.
Gloria Dioum was born Gloria Joseph and she chose to name her new company after her father as a tribute to one of the strongest people she knew.Now Joseph Management works with small businesses, startups, mid-size companies and governmental agencies to get financial clarity in their business whether it is through consulting or becoming a fractional CFO.
